While not the most exciting topic in the world, I just started using services from DynDNS. Aside from domain registration, they also provide a rather cool Custom DNS service that allows you to manage your zones through an easy web-based interface. If you are in the mood for BIND files, an advanced interface allows much more customized control.

I am also using their MailHop service to handle e-mail for fus.net. My MX records now point to MailHop, and I use DynDNS' web tools to setup aliases for each fus.net email account. Aside from handling forwarding, they also run mail through an virus scanner and SpamAssassin to help eliminate so much of the junk that comes through email.
