Well, almost. Netflix has announced Watch Now, a new feature where you can view a Netflix movie in a web browser. There is no downloading, no sharing, etc. You can view any available video and in a unique twist are charged by the viewing hour. For each dollar you spend per month with Netflix, you get 1 hour of online movie viewing. The service will be rolled out over the next few months. The Hacking Netflix blog has some more details.
